Problems with logging.

Hello. I would like to ask whether the team can fix problems logging in?
The problem is that when I select character, serv do not enter me in the chaos. I get the message that timed out. Please fix this. I also ask for your understanding, I use Google Translate.

Idk what's wrong... I can't log in.
Anyone could make a quick reset so we can log in??

I cant log in either... I get my character list but when i select the character i want it gives me the Connection Failed box.

Still i can't log ON... ; ( Please fix it. When uptime on page has ben reset, error come back...
