Kick and lost Items

Well, I was hunting Soul Destroyers while all of a sudden i got kicked from the game. After I could log back in I saw that I died and lost my backpack with the complete key set, my ob amulet, around 6.5b in Cash and my Mega Inf. Manarune.

I hope you can do something about it, cause I think its not fair that I loose donation items because of a server kick.

I only care about the manarune, the key set and the ob amulet, cause those can only be gotten by donations. The rest I dont need back.

I just heard that also other player had problems with kicks etc.. If you can do anything and I am not online, could you please put the things just in my private house in garden grove?(The one without the pha in it)
