If you want a solution so they don't over resp I don't know, but I know a way to make it better than it was and better than the shit of relics and cap jack that is now. Make the tp to take you right before the pz, but out of it. This way even if its overresped you can kill. If you make it tp you to in front of the door we would still get into pz fast.
Noobs maybe would die if it's overresped but any high lvl would be able to fix it in a second instead of having to wait hours or days for an admin to log or the server to restart.

relics and captain jacks are better even high levels called my to clear it plus it was way to easy levels now its more of a challenge for you guys who doesn't like a challenge xD
