I can not log in and I need help

When i got to log in i get this message:
Connection failed
Cannont connect to a login server.
Error: Server name does not Exist.

I have the custom client. So I have no idea what to do or why it is doing this.

I have a feeling that I was ip banned, and i guess I would like to know the reason why? I didnt break any of the rules. (At least I do not believe) So if a GM or Tutor could get back to me on this i would appreciate it.

I think I'm having the same problem as Sneetch, I get a connection failed exception when I try and log in using the custom client but I can log in using a 7.6 client + ip changer
