admins when is the best time to reach them ?

I know there are a few ppl that are looking to donate and we are wanting to know when we would be able to get up with you to see about donating i know that there is a page on here but we wanted to do the transaction while you were online. is there any set time that you get on ? and another question would be is there a reset in the near future? I really would not want to donate yet if there is going to be a reset.. thanks
