magic level bugged

Hi,
The magic level is bugged and is to hard for the druid and sorcerer reach the ml 150 to start catch spells to level up.
My sugestion is down the magic level of the spells to level 120 for all druid and sorcerer spells. i think is a fair proposal, becuase the knights and paladins can reach the magic level to catch they best spells to easy.

The Sorc has always been this way. It is way harder to get to ml 150 because their spells are pretty powerful.
